Katie Dickson has a love for French regional and classical cooking. She has worked all over France, cooking in luxury ski chalets in the Alps, barges in the Languedoc and the Loire Valley regions and chateaux in Provence.
Finlay Dickson, trained at Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland. He has now been cooking in France for 10 years, 4 of those years were spent as the head chef of The Farmhouse in Morzine, a highly regarded and prestigious wedding venue. He has since worked as a private chef for Orient Express luxury barges, as well as in 5 star luxury villas and ski chalets.
