SpoonyCooks owner Sarah has nearly 20 years of catering experience & is a fully trained Chef & studied Food Science at university; but over recent years Sarah & Rich have been catering for guests in their holiday homes & private residences.
Sarah has a true passion for food, enjoys researching new trends & is constantly trying new ideas. In-fact you may have already tried Sarah’s food before, because she spent over 8 years designing & developing innovative chilled recipe dishes, soups & sauces for Waitrose along with additional products for other well-known retailers. She also creates recipe booklets for larger chalet companies & trains other chalet staff.
